For picnics, several Mardi Gras themes can be provided in various cost categories. We can mix and match items from any of the suggested themes below. We can also supply greeters in full costume to greet guests such as jestors, kings, etc. (change rate is Per hour) Beautiful Feather mask give-aways can also be given to each female guest with less ornate type masks for the gentlemen Mardi Gras assorted beads and gold doubloon coins are also available for greeters to hand out to guests. Centerpieces are also available with colorful Mardi Gras type florals into which are inserted a mask on a small glittered stick. These can be used as door prizes or giveaways for guests to take home. A less expensive centerpiece can be provided, which is a foil "fountain" type arrangement of Mardi Gras colored masks to be placed on tables with confetti, serpentine, Mardi Gras beads and coins | |
| Theme # 1 : | The least expensive theme consists of ten giant Mardi Gras masks on tall 8 foot poles. The masks are of a variety of bright colored foils with glitter and garland draped down each pole. Six Balloon Bouquets of the same colors are placed around the edge of the picnic area and flanking the entertainment. |
| Theme #2 : | This theme consists of two 8 foot balloon columns of Mardi Gras colors flanking the front entrance, with two giant masks will be placed at the entry of the area as well. Eight giant Mardi Gras masks will be placed around the ballroom with New Orleans Bar signs around the beverage service areas. A French Quarter cafe facade will be set up, with old fashioned street lights, park benches, picket fencing, and ficus trees with French Quarter Street signs.. A Giant Mardi Gras centerpiece can also be provided for an additional cost for the food service/dessert/coffee area or at the reception table. |
| Theme #3 : | Add a 25 foot white riverboat to theme #2 above, lighted with tiny "bee" lights. |
| Theme #4 : | Add a "Walk Through" Mardi Gras Jestor (approximately 10 feet tall) to theme. |

| Additional cost | CBS can also provide Mardi Gras colored linens (purple, gold and green). Additional giant masks are available with colorful ribbons hanging from them. |

A French Quarter jazz band can be provided for this theme, and a disc jockey or band can for dancing after the meal.
