The Tower is a PRIVATE picnic and event facility located in Southeastern San Jose. Overlooked by the large Tower from which it is named, the facility is one of the "gems" of the valley. This "cabana style" facility can accommodate groups up to 400. Best of all we only book ONE group a day.

People from all over Northern California have enjoyed picnicking, golf, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, and swimming at Blackberry Farm, one of the Bay Area's most beautiful recreational facilities.

Blackberry Farm Picnic Grounds strives to provide each customer with a fun and attractive recreation experience through personal service and a unique setting.

Company and family picnics, church and club activities, birthday and anniversary parties --- all are ideal for Blackberry Farm. Our facility provides activities for everyone to enjoy.

We have fourteen picnic areas that accommodate groups of 50 to 4,000, as well as single families during the months of May through October, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Historic Club Almaden is an idyllic picnic location, as well as a beautiful site for an evening wedding and reception. You and your guests will forget you're only minutes away from town. You'll enjoy six lush acres of green lawn, surrounded by giant shade trees and a rambling creek.

As you enjoy your gourmet feast, you can sit in the shade of the historic Casa Grande Mansion and ponder whether to participate in one of the many activities or just relax with a cool drink under a shady tree. If you want to learn more about this old miner's mansion a tour of the grounds or a visit to the museum is right there.
